JOB SUMMARY
Page is seeking proactive and result oriented Sales Executives. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new prospects and cultivating new accounts while collaborating with partners in cross selling of existing accounts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure.
- Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients.
- Reach and exceed monthly sales target.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for target market.
- Analyze financial statement to determine customers’ credit status.
- Follow up on loan repayment in accordance to repayment schedule.
- Supervise Direct Sales Executives to achieve better results
- Serve as point of contact for customers and respond to their service related queries.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Minimum 2:2)
- Master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage

JOB SUMMARY
The Head Transaction Unit is accountable for transactions related to salary payment; Debit and Credit card retract, authorizing Remita transactions, uploading and transferring of funds, coordinating and overseeing Transaction Center.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• To establish and maintain appropriate management of treasury liquidity position of the company at every point in time
• Demonstrate a high-level understanding of direct debit collection systems
• To ensure that loan accounts and customer repayments position is reconciled at the end of the month
• To coordinate instant transfers to various company bank account to meet disbursement needs
• Ensure accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of all general ledger accounts
• Analysis of cash flow utilization levels to ensure they meet short- and long-term operating needs.
• Coordinating cheque processing presentation and Management
• Card Operations- Account Services, Reconciliation of the Bank’s debit card activities
• Preparation of month end report for Executive Management on outcomes from the transaction center including recommendations to improve
• Develop and manage a team of well-trained, focused and motivated Banking Services staff
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
• Minimum second-class lower division university degree in business, finance or equivalent
• Additional qualification such as Master’s degree or finance related certification would be an added advantage

• Candidate must have related educational qualification, Master’s degree or finance related certification would be an added advantage
• At least 7 years’ experience with the operations unit Financial services institution
• At least 4 years’ work experience in a supervisory role

JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective management of the Collections and Recovery function, including people development, strategy formulation and implementation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Effective and consistent formulation and execution of Collections and Recovery strategies for improving performance, delivering the best result based on individual account circumstances while maintaining customer relationship
• Proactive and ongoing monitoring and management of loan portfolio to minimize bad debt provisions/losses
• Providing collections and Recovery expertise and knowledge for annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts
• Meeting with delinquent customers (if needed) and making appropriate decisions to prevent cases from further deterioration
• Demonstrating the ability to take on role specific requirements as outlined by management
• Applying appropriate recovery measures in dealing with defaulting customers to ensure that all NPLs are dully attended to
• Propose and implement strict internal controls over procedures, audit recommendations and regulatory requirements to safeguard the company from potential losses.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
• Minimum second-class lower division university degree in business, finance, legal or equivalent
• Additional qualification such as Master’s degree or finance related certification would be an added advantage
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
• At least 8 years’ experience in Banking or a related field with at least 6 years in debt collection and recovery
• At least 4 years’ work experience in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of retail lending, general understanding of collection and recovery processes as well as relevant regulatory/legal framework
• Proven leadership, analytical, planning, organizational, problem-solving and project management skills to handle problems in a confident and decisive manner
• Ability to take responsibility for making difficult decisions, taking calculated risks and experimenting with new approaches to discover if they will be successful
• Organized and meticulous with ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
