Investments
We currently offer PIFC Investment Notes, a fixed-term investment that pays a competitive yield on your principal. Rates are reviewed periodically in line with prevailing market conditions.
You can start investing with as little as ₦50,000. There is no upper limit — the more you invest, the more you earn.
Our Investment Notes run from 30 days up to 12 months. Longer tenors typically attract higher rates.
Yes, early liquidation is possible in genuine emergencies, though a reduced rate may apply for the unexpired period. Contact us to discuss your options.
Interest is paid directly into your linked PIFC account, either at maturity or at agreed intervals depending on the plan you choose.
Upfront interest payment is available on select plans. Ask your relationship officer whether your chosen tenor qualifies.
There are no hidden fees on our Investment Notes. Any applicable charges, such as early-liquidation adjustments, are disclosed clearly before you commit.
Payments
You can transfer funds through internet banking, our mobile app, USSD, or by visiting any branch. All digital channels are available 24/7.
We support bank transfers, card payments, and USSD. Direct debit mandates (DDM) are also available for recurring loan repayments.
Daily transfer limits depend on your account tier and verification level. Contact us or check your online banking settings for your current limit.
Most failed transactions reverse automatically within 24 hours. If funds haven't been returned after that, contact our support line with your transaction reference.
Applying for a new loan
Our minimum loan amount is ₦200,000, and the upper limit for a new customer is ₦5,000,000. Both depend on your capacity to repay, based on verifiable income and other selection criteria.
Yes, we carry out a standard credit check as part of every loan application to assess affordability and support responsible lending.
You'll typically need a valid ID, proof of address, your BVN, and evidence of income such as a payslip or bank statement. Additional documents may be requested depending on the loan type.
Most personal loan applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours once all required documents are submitted. Business loans may take 3–5 working days.
Paid employment isn't a strict requirement. Self-employed applicants can also qualify by providing evidence of verifiable, regular income.
You'll receive an SMS and email notification at every stage of your application, including final approval or decline.
Any adult Nigerian resident with a valid means of identification, a BVN, and a verifiable source of income can apply.
Your BVN helps us verify your identity and credit history in line with Central Bank of Nigeria regulations, and protects you from identity-related fraud.
Yes. Applications may be declined if affordability checks, credit history, or documentation don't meet our lending criteria. We'll always let you know the outcome.
Interest rates vary by loan product, amount, and tenor. Your relationship officer will confirm the exact rate that applies to your application before you accept an offer.
Repayments are usually collected automatically via Remita or a direct debit mandate (DDM) linked to your salary or income account.
Your repayment due date is set out in your loan offer letter, and typically aligns with your salary date or an agreed monthly date.
Yes, early repayment is allowed and may reduce the total interest charged for the remaining term. Speak with your relationship officer for a settlement figure.
There are no hidden charges. All applicable fees, including interest rate, management fee, and any insurance, are fully disclosed in your loan offer letter before you accept.
Existing loan enquiry
Yes, you can extend an existing facility's tenor through a Top-up. As an existing customer, you can access a maximum tenor of 15 months as an individual.
A Top-up lets an existing customer in good standing borrow additional funds on top of their current facility, usually with an adjusted tenor and repayment plan.
This depends on your repayment history and current affordability assessment. Speak with your relationship officer to find out if you're eligible for an additional facility.
No. Existing customers can typically apply for a Top-up or new facility online or by phone, without visiting a branch.

We will activate Remita or DDM on your account, and funds will be picked up automatically once they become available.
